Last updated 30 October 2026. Applies to NoteNimbus for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
NoteNimbus collects nothing about you. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third party code inside the app. Your notes are stored on your device and, if you leave iCloud enabled, in your own private iCloud storage. We cannot read them.
Nothing. The app sends no information about you or your usage anywhere. This matches the App Store privacy label on NoteNimbus, which reads Data Not Collected.
There is no analytics package, no crash reporting service and no advertising software in the app. The app makes no network requests other than to Apple's own iCloud and App Store services, described below.
If you prefer not to sync, sign out of iCloud or turn iCloud off for NoteNimbus in your device settings. The app continues to work with local storage only.
NoteNimbus Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the entire transaction. The app receives only a confirmation from Apple that a purchase exists on your Apple Account. Your name, payment details and billing address are never sent to us and we never see them.
If you email support, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, including your email address. It is used to answer you and nothing else. It is never sold, shared or added to a mailing list.
NoteNimbus is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.
There is no personal data held about you to export or delete, because none is collected. To remove your notes, delete the app from your devices and remove its iCloud data in your device settings under iCloud storage.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Meaningful changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
